Conditions
- Product must be in original condition (may be tried on)
- Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer
- Refund will be issued within 5 business days of receipt of return
- Refund to the original payment method
How it works
- Email us at info@vacopack.ch with your order number
- You will receive a return address and a return label
- Send the goods back
- We will refund the full purchase price (excl. original shipping costs)
Note
In Switzerland, there is no legal right of withdrawal for online purchases.
